Instead of pushing my issue off to a 800 number or a website, Jen took it on. She researched and gotten back to us in a timely manner. Jen called the corresponding department and gotten us the answer to our issue. My wife said Jen acted “like a good neighbor “.

At one point I called to ask why my insurance kept going up, but then I realized I'm talking to someone in a call center that has NO idea. Today, I made a friend!
